Nestled right on the coast, in the middle of a dessert, San Juan De Los Terreros is a gem in the crown of Almeria, crystal blue sea, safe, sandy uncrowded beaches & `secret` coves are just a few minutes walk away from your front door as are a wide selection of relaxed bars and restaurants, mostly Spanish,.....if you are looking for Bacon & Eggs, Sunday Roasts and noisy night clubs `San Juan` may not be for you, the phrase “Relaxed Sophistication” probably best describes the experience that awaits you.

Building above two storeys is not allowed by the local council (Pulpi) so your view to the sea & the wonderful mountains that form a backdrop to the village is not cluttered by garish apartment blocks or hotels
